Sketchboard Co has been building a community arts space for the in-between all over the Bay Area for 13 years— and now we’re getting ready to settle down in our own space!! We aim to create accessible room all for everyone to gather, experiment, and learn. We’ll be supporting artists and the public through:
Regular figure drawing sessions and creative gatherings
Artist-led workshops and skill-shares (with fair revenue share for teachers)
Rotating exhibitions / installations and small performances
Talks, reading groups, screenings, and community labs that bridge disciplines
Publications, fundraisers, and partner programming that strengthens local creative communities
