Welcome to the December edition of El Papel, fundraising season!
We're excited to unveil a few exciting things this month. From a raffle in person at Madrone Art Bar tonight for #givingtuesday, to some workshops coming up: this is the power of your contributions and support.
🏆We have 2 chances to win: in person and all month long by donating online. For every $5 gets you 1 raffle ticket! And there are no limits to donation entries. 🎟️
1️⃣ First, we got our Artist Mixer Raffle! In person at Madrone Art Bar, 12/02 from 630pm to 12am to donate directly and win one of the few prizes chosen for this event. Once you donate, you can let a facilitator know, and grab a ticket to write your name. Winners will be announced tonight in person at 1130pm.

We are asking for your continued commitment in 2026 and beyond. We are in the midst of our big end of year fundraising push and our goal to sustain our programming, staff and community is $10,000!! We’ve curated a Fundraiser Events Series this winter break, to help us get through the hardships. The team is excited to present various opportunities to come out and help us out. Figure Drawing & Dance Party
Come join us for part 3 in our Fundraising event Series! We’ll have a special figure drawing event at Madrone Art Bar, followed by a dance party - with live dj’s spinning records all night long.

Figure Drawing + Holiday Art Market
Come join us for part 4 in our Fundraising event Series! We’ll have a special figure drawing event inside the venue, while we have a Holiday Art Market in the larger ballrooms areas. We’ll have live music, live screenprinting, an art market, and great vibes. Come shop for the holidays and support local artists.
This is in partnership with The Oakland Grove, where we will have our Wednesday sessions and Art Markets, starting in 2026.
